Well, we are right in the middle of Gustav. I can't believe I'm saying it only three years later...but we are evacuating. We will go to St. Francisville for the afternoon and then we will caravan up to my sister/brother's and Jordan's uncles' house in Ruston, La tonight. Please pray for my other sister and Jordan's dad who have to stay in Baton Rouge. My sis works in a hospital and will have to stay there. Jordan's dad is GM for a large electric co-op and will stay here not far from our house.We are packing for 3 days, hopefully we can come home on Tues/Wed. I'll post when I can...with Katrina we were without cable/phone/internet for more than 3 months. I certainly hope that won't be the case this time. Well, I have to finish dumping the refrigerator and packing up! Say a prayer for our house and a prayer that Gustav will weaken!
