On October 7th our big boy turned 5! I can't believe I have a five year old. For his birthday he wanted to go back to the Insectarium with his family. He LOVES his family. So the whole gang met in New Orleans. We took him to eat at Landry's Seafood in the French Quarter so he could eat shrimp, his favorite food. We did cake and presents there and then walked down to the Insectarium. He had a great time.
On Tuesday, the actual day, we had school. He got to go on a field trip to a pizza place and be the line leader the whole time and wear a king crown. I made cupcakes that I won't post pics of because they looked a little scary. For dinner Jordan and I took the boys to Chuck E. Cheese. They had a blast until the end when we lost Micah for a while. We found him stuck in a supply closet. Yikes. Other than that little episode at the end there, I think he had a pretty good day!

Precious! I didn't realize he and Micayla were the same age.. It looks like he had a great birthday!
Love all the new pictures...very cute! I can't wait to see you guys. I miss your boys! They were always so sweet (cull of spirit, but sweet! :))
